		Scouts Help Enhance Local Historic Site April 9, 2009 Mr. Travis Chandler of Boy Scout Troop 503 in Mechanicsville, Virginia recently completed his Eagle Scout project at the historic Polegreen Church site. Working under the supervision of Polegreen's Executive Director, Christopher K. Peace, Travis led several of his fellow scouts in building a picnic table and constructing two park benches designed by Carlton Abbott and Partners' Landscape architect Ricky Wiatt.
		Polegreen Church Marker Unveiled September 25, 2008 It was standing room only for the 11 a.m. ceremonial ribbon cutting and unveiling of the historic highway marker at the site, called the birthplace of religious freedom in Virginia on the Historic Polegreen Church Foundation's Web site, http://www.historicpolegreen.org.
		Polegreen Church Dedicates Walk, Marker September 25, 2008 Last Saturday, a historic highway marker was unveiled and a ribbon was cut, opening up the site's historical timeline, a walk of religious freedom.
		Unit Returns for Polegreen Ceremony September 17, 2008 A local living history unit volunteered to be a partner for the Historic Polegreen Church Foundation in an effort to maintain the appearance of Polegreen's newly enhanced site.
		Web Site, Ribbon-Cutting Celebrate Polegreen Church September 10, 2008 The Historic Polegreen Church Foundation, which will host a ribbon-cutting at the site this month, has unveiled its newly enhanced Web site, www.historicpolegreen.org.
