It was standing room only for the 11 a.m. ceremonial ribbon cutting and unveiling of the historic highway marker at the site, called the birthplace of religious freedom in Virginia on the Historic Polegreen Church Foundation's Web site, http://www.historicpolegreen.org.

Last Saturday, a historic highway marker was unveiled and a ribbon was cut, opening up the site's historical timeline, a walk of religious freedom.

On September 2nd, the Historic Polegreen Church Foundation unveiled its newly enhanced website. In addition this virtual enhancement, the Foundation welcomes visitors to the Church site for its ceremonial ribbon cutting event on September 20 at 11 a.m.
